World Cup Soccer 2010

World Cup Soccer 2010 is the nineteenth edition of the World Cup football and ran from June 11 to July 11, 2010 in South Africa. This is the first finals of World Cup competing on African soil. The host country was selected in May 2004.

From August 2007 to November 2009, the national teams from 203 countries participate in a qualifying stage, in order to designate the 31 teams competing for the final tournament along with South Africa, qualified automatically as a country organizer.
This World Cup has been the scene of many firsts, including the elimination of Italy and France, finalists from the previous edition, the first round. In addition, South Africa became the first host of the World Cup does not qualify at the end of the Pool stages. It is also the first time a European country wins outside of its continent.

In addition, the winner is unusual, since Spain had never won a World Cup until this year. The finish itself is also an unprecedented meeting, as Spain and the Netherlands had never met in the World Cup. Finally, it is also the first time the winning team lost its first game. However, a team went undefeated in the finals since New Zealand, despite its elimination at the group stage, scored three draws

THE GOSPEL Song

Hi everybody!
So I'll intruduce you to the origins of the gospel. It's something that I really like!

The gospel is a mix between music and religion.  It comes from the expression “God Spell”. It’s the Black African who begin to sing this song when they were in the fields. Because they were slaves, they pray a lot to God.
The subject of the song can be sometimes sadly but it was the reality of the labours and singing to God was the way that they could support their situation.
The gospel was born in the XIXth century; it becomes the equivalent of the Blues.
The style of this, is the African style, the people sing very loud, they strike hands and feet and slam fingers. There is often a soloist (a singer who sings alone) and the choir which answers him/her. In this music the voices allow all what they want. For example someone can improvise and shout and so on.
Now a day the gospel is always to sing to God but we use it more in the church, even when you are Black or White and we can hear concert of it.

Schindler's list

"The list, it is the life"

Schindler's list was realized by Steven Spielberg in 1993 and is inspired by the novel of Thomas Keneally. It is a true story.

It is the story of a man, Oskar Schindler, a member from the nazi party, who, during the holocaust, saved 1'100 Jews of death of concentration camps by employing them in his company just for protect them. This man risked his own life to save people and it is a legend. When the war was over, the Jews thank him by hiding him from Americans who punished the nazis of the Second World War.

Steven Spielberg asked for no salary by making Schindler's list, because for him thath would have been a blood money.
Schindler's list was rewarded a lot during its release, partially of 7 Oscars.

This movie is one of the best that I saw. First, because it tells real facts and it is a serious subject about it is necessary to be inform. And then because is very beautiful and moving and it is a very good message of solidarity, it is a lesson of life for everyone.

If one day you want to see a wonderfull movie, look at this one. I am sure that you'll love it and you can't hold on crying.

Prior to her singing career within Kosovo, her first release was "Get It On", which never reached the success of her later hits.
When Duffy began her career in Kosovo she won the 1st place in a competition called Polifest 2007 in Prishtina, Kosovo with her song: "Rrall E Permall". In Polifest 2008 she won the 1st place with her song "Adios". Duffy released her first album KnockDown, in July 2008, where there was a great success.

Some of her hits include "La Vida Loca" sung as a duet with Kosovar Singer Blero and the song "Shum Nalt" which is sung with two famous rappers: 2po2 and Capital T. She is known for hip hop dancing. Her later hits range from the 2009 Summer Hit "Shume Larg" and the 2010 hit "Amazing Girl".

Her style is hip-hop with r&b flavor. As of now she currently resides in Prishtina, Kosovo and Malmö, Sweden.

This singer already came in Switzerland several times but I have not still had the opportunity to see her.I find that she is very original and I find that she has an exceptional voice. I think that it is one more for her to sing in English set apart the Albanian which is her mother tongue.
